We will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged. These will be returned to the client at the expense of the latter. Cafe Rider is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The articles must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received.
A refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item(s). The reimbursement shall be made by crediting the credit card (if the order was paid with a credit card) or PayPal credits (if the order was paid with PayPal).
Exchanges within the UAE are free of re-delivery charge limited to one time. Outside the UAE re-delivery charges are at the standard rate. We will of course refund delivery charges if there has been an error on our part or if the item is faulty. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
You can cancel an order up until the moment of dispatch. We will refund your Credit Card or PayPal account minus a 5% administration charge.
Some branded items may be under the manufacturer’s warranty. This will be made clear in the individual product listing. Cafe Rider and Be Original Be Free items are currently not under warranty.
Items bought on sale cannot be returned nor refunded.
All your orders will be shipped with Aramex. Shipments up to 5kg are AED 21 excluding no service areas. The maximum COD (Cash on Delivery) amount is AED 2500.
Deliveries take place during standard office hours so please provide us with the address where there is mostly likely someone to receive your package. The courier company will contact you with a text message to inform you when they are delivering. Should delivery fail 3 times the package will be returned to The Cafe Rider and redelivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery is now available, delivery charges will be updated once you have entered your address in the checkout procedure.

Al Wagan, Al Hayer, Al Remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp).
Deliveries cannot be made to islands that come under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, all security controlled zones and defence areas.
As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at the Aramex Abu Dhabi office for the consignee’s collection between 0730-1930 hrs.
