Curious about who we are and what we do. Our FAQ page is here to answer all your questions (and if you can't find what you're looking for, please contact us).

      What is Cafe Rider?

Cafe Rider is a converted warehouse space in the heart of Dubai’s industrial district, forming the perfect intersection between specialty coffee and custom motorcycles. It’s a café, a roastery and a workspace for custom motorcycles all rolled into one, then garnished with a pinch of character.

      Where is Cafe Rider located?

We’re located in the heart of Dubai’s industrial district, Al Quoz. Our exact address is Warehouse 7, 14 C St, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3.

      Can I bring my family?

Please do! We pride ourselves on how inclusive our space is, so the more the merrier!

      Can I bring my pet(s)?

We are not pet-friendly unfortunately, so please leave your furry friends at home.

      What is the parking situation?

Our customers are welcome to park on the paved area immediately in front of the Cafe and in the designated parking area in the service lane. The cul-de-sac is completely off-limits for parking, something that Dubai Police enforces pretty strictly, so we’d strongly recommend parking elsewhere.

Can I hold events at Cafe Rider?

We decide these on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at info@caferider.com. It has always been our policy to keep our Cafe open to our customers during regular business hours no matter how attractive the business offer is!

We will only rent out the full space after hours. However, our mezzanine area can be booked for events. We have held various types of events (such as Cars and Coffees, product launches, business presentations, coffee tasting sessions and more) at the Cafe before, so do get in touch.

Do you service and repair motorcycles? Furthermore, do you sell them?

We do service and repair all types of motorcycles so don’t hesitate to call for an appointment and bring your two-wheeled machine by. Additionally, if you’re dropping your motorcycle off with us, your coffee and meal is on us!

We don’t sell motorcycles at this time, but feel free to reach out if a bike catches your eye – we may be able to put you in touch with the owner.

Where does your coffee come from?

Currently our beans come from Ethiopia, D.R. Congo, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia and Brazil. We frequently change our selection though, so do ask our baristas for the latest additions! All our coffee is roasted on site, at the Cafe Rider Roastery. You can purchase our coffee beans to take home or gift, and we can grind the beans upon request according to your favourite coffee brewing method.

Who makes the food at Cafe Rider?

All our food is proudly made in-house at the Cafe Rider kitchen, which is located on site.

Is your menu gluten-free and vegan friendly?

Our menu is designed to cover a variety of different cuisines and appeal to diverse palates. We do offer gluten-free and vegan options and do our best to accommodate customer requests. Simply mention your dietary restrictions to us and our chefs will ensure that your meal abides by them.

      Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We have a loyalty application collecting digital stamps for each coffee (or tea!) you order – buy 9 get the 10th free. You can also find us on The Entertainer and the Repeat application. Please note that you can only use one type of discount at a time.

I don’t know much about coffee or motorcycles. Can I still come to Cafe Rider?

Absolutely! Custom motorcycles and specialty coffee are our art form, and we encourage you to express yours, whatever that art form is, or just enjoy ours! We also have plenty of options on our menu if coffee is not your cup of tea.  Our regular crowd includes just about everyone from financiers to creatives and athletes, so don’t be shy, just come by! Everyone is welcome.

I’m working from home. Is Cafe Rider a work-friendly environment?

The simple answer is yes and no. If you’re looking to get work done on your laptop in a friendly environment with a great ambience, Café Rider is the perfect place for you. On the other hand, if Zoom meetings and video calls are an integral part of your work, the background noise/music might prove to be a little intrusive. The best way to find out is to give it a try!

However, please recognize we are first and foremost a cafe, not a co-working space, and our business relies on the sale of food and beverages. So please refrain from bringing your own food and/or drinks and occupying tables without ordering.

I would like to order food or coffee and have it delivered to my home or business. Do you deliver?

You can find us on the Deliveroo platform as well as The Entertainer Delivery. Both these applications have a limited delivery radius, so if you live outside this radius we will not be able to deliver food to you. However, you can order our coffee beans and merchandise on our website and we will deliver anywhere in the UAE. Delivery usually takes place the next day if ordered before 4pm (except for Fridays and remote areas).

How do I order wholesale coffee from Cafe Rider?

Give us a call at 043214411 and ask for Gideon, our head roaster, or alternatively send an email to roasteryinfo@caferider.com. Gideon will be able to walk you through the process, while giving you suggestions and helpful advice along the way. We now also have a business WhatsApp number: 058 518 1571.

      Is Cafe Rider hiring?

We’re always on the lookout for talented folk who are passionate about what they do. Give our Careers page a look, or alternatively drop by the Cafe, have a coffee and let’s talk.

I’m a fan. How do I show my support?

Firstly, a massive thank you! We sell Cafe Rider-branded merchandise online and at the Cafe, so if you’re looking to get some new tees, a cap, or even a Camp Cup, click here. We also give out Cafe Rider stickers, so next time you stop by, just ask your server for one.

What is your policy with regards to photoshoots and filming?

Our first priority is our customers, which means that we don’t allow either photography or videography during our regular hours of operation. After hours however, we do permit photography and videography, if arranged beforehand. For any inquiries about availability and charges, please get in touch with us at info@caferider.com.
